Reworked Noose HQ exterior. Has been done with the vision of it being used as an event space.
📋 Changes:
- replaced entrance concrete barriers with red poles
- removed 20+ concrete barriers
- replaced entrance gates (sometimes ejected players out of cars) with lifting barrier
- removed inner sliding gates
