Rework of the Tractor Yard down in La Mesa. This is the standard location of the starting point of the 17mov_BuilderJob.
Changes:
- Removed bulldozer car generators
- Removed portacabin to open up parking spots
- Removed weeds, some rubbish piles
- Added more bollards, more construction equipment

Files can be put straight into a server, or can be added to your own map packs - files are not escrowed.
